Hello again dear reader.

With 38 days to MoNet's debut, our second construction meetup is scheduled for this Saturday. Since the end is near, this week's post is going to be short and discuss what's left (as of this writing) on MoNet's to do list.

Testing our final control board revision
We discussed this in last week's post, and now it's time to see what this new design is capable of.

Finish laser cutting the chassis
Science and technology combine to bring MoNet's parts from design to completion.

Determining how MoNet will calibrate against the website
Our current thinking is the machine should be able to report X/Y limits, and then we can translate pixels to steps.

Finish (or thereabouts) our MCU code
We've already got a good base, so this should be straightforward.

Figure out color mixing
We've got the hardware for it, now it's time to put it to use.

Decide just how MoNet's going to paint
Last but certainly not least, the how. Will MoNet paint in lines? Blobs? What do you think?

As before, in our next post we'll include pics of the construction along with the update. We can't wait to share them with you, so see you next time!
